Original (?) cloth-backed boards, red cloth labels, gilt; minor wear at extremities; 3.5 cm tear at head of upper joint on Volume II, otherwise an exceptionally fine set of this extremely rare work, seldom offered for sale. Limited to just 200 numbered and signed copies, this being Number 21 , numbered and signed by the collector. Possibly the only set we have ever handled in over 50 years of dealing with such material – and this set probably three times or more. |
